{"id":878,"date":"2025-08-31T19:15:05","date_gmt":"2025-08-31T19:15:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asinello.hcwebsites.be\/?page_id=878"},"modified":"2025-09-07T19:14:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-07T19:14:06","slug":"algemene-voorwaarden","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.asinello.be\/en\/algemene-voorwaarden\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ol>\n<li><strong> General<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These general conditions apply to all reservations, agreements and services of B&amp;B Asinello, located in Bruges, Ezelstraat 59A.<\/p>\n<p>By booking a room, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A reservation is final only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount and written confirmation via e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>Prices listed are per night and include breakfast, VAT, and tourist tax, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>Payment of the full amount must be made in the manner and by the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Cancellation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations within 7 days before the arrival date or in case of a no-show will be charged 100% of the total stay cost.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend you take out travel and cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> House rules<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>By making a reservation, you agree to the B&amp;B Asinello house rules. These can be consulted on our website and are also available for inspection at the B&amp;B.<\/p>\n<p>In case of violation of the house rules, B&amp;B Asinello reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately, without refunding the accommodation costs.<\/p>\n<p>Damage to property of the B&amp;B will be charged.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>B&amp;B Asinello is not liable for loss, theft, accidents or damage to personal property or persons incurred during the stay at the B&amp;B.<\/p>\n<p>The B&amp;B is not liable for service disruptions, such as electricity, internet, or water outages, or nuisance caused by third parties.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Force majeure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, fire, extreme weather conditions), B&amp;B Asinello reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation, without the guest being entitled to compensation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Complaints<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Complaints about the stay should be reported immediately and on the spot so that we can try to resolve them.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Applicable law<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All agreements between you and B&amp;B Asinello are governed by Belgian law.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Algemeen Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle reserveringen, overeenkomsten en diensten van B&amp;B Asinello, gevestigd te Brugge, Ezelstraat 59A.
