We make every effort to provide you with a pleasant and relaxing stay. To guarantee this for all our guests, we kindly ask you to consider the following house rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Respect and quiet: We ask you to respect the B&amp;B, our property and the quiet of other guests. Between 22:00 and 08:00, we ask for silence in the rooms and common areas.<\/p>\n<p>Liability: B&amp;B Asinello is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p>Damage: If something accidentally breaks, please report it to us immediately. Deliberate damage may incur repair or replacement costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Check-in: Rooms are available from 16:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Check-out: You must leave the room by 11:00 am. Please hand over your key at check-out and pay the remaining balance of your bill.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the B&amp;B and in the rooms. A smoking area is provided outside.<\/p>\n<p>Food and drink: Eating and drinking in the rooms is allowed, but be careful with stains.<\/p>\n<p>Heating and ventilation: We ask you to close windows and doors when the heating or air conditioning is on.<\/p>\n<p>Key: You are responsible for your own room and front door key. If lost, we are obliged to charge a fee.<\/p>\n<p>Hot tub: Please do not activate the hot tub between 10pm and 8am to preserve silence. Do not use bath foam if you wish to activate the bubbles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:30 in the breakfast room.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have dietary requirements or allergies? Then let us know in advance so we can take this into account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Receiving visitors in the rooms is not allowed unless agreed with us in advance.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for your guests and compliance with these rules.<\/p>\n<p>Children under 12 are not allowed at B&amp;B Asinello.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hammam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can book one session in our hammam per stay. You can discuss this with us over breakfast. We do our best to schedule this, but we cannot guarantee it, given availability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honesty Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In our common room, you will find a fridge with various drinks. Prices are on the price list next to it. You can pay for the drinks on site in cash by putting the amount in the jar, or make a note of the consumptions so we can settle them at check-out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the sake of hygiene and the tranquillity of all our guests, pets are not allowed in our B&amp;B.<\/p>\n<p>If the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately, without refunding the accommodation costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Welkom bij B&amp;B Asinello!
